EC3CON Trade Night Policies

Trade Night is a community-focused event designed for collectors, vendors, and attendees to trade, sell, and connect in a respectful environment.

Trade Night is free entry and open to the public after Day 1 of EC3CON concludes.

Participation in Trade Night constitutes agreement to the following policies.

Entry & Access

Trade Night is free and open to the public following the close of Day 1 EC3CON show hours.

Start time, and location will be announced prior to each event.

EC3CON reserves the right to manage capacity and entry lines for safety.

Code of Conduct

Trade Night follows the same conduct standards as EC3CON.

We do not tolerate:
• Theft
• Harassment
• Threats
• Aggressive behavior
• Mistreatment of vendors, attendees, staff, or guests

This includes behavior during the event and online conduct connected to EC3CON.

Violations may result in removal or bans from Trade Night and future EC3CON events.

Trading Expectations

• Ask before touching items
• Be respectful when negotiating
• Honor agreed trades
• Keep walkways clear
• Maintain awareness of personal belongings

EC3CON is not responsible for trades between individuals.

Selling & Activity Restrictions

Counterfeit or fake items are strictly prohibited.

Games of chance, raffles, gambling-style activities, and disruptive selling methods are not allowed without approval.

EC3CON reserves the right to restrict activities inconsistent with the event.

Minors

Parents or guardians must supervise minors at all times.

Guardians are responsible for the conduct of their party.

Security & Safety

Security staff may intervene in disputes or unsafe situations.

Attendees must follow staff and security direction at all times.

Liability

All trades and sales are conducted at participants’ own risk.

EC3CON, the promoter, and venue partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items or disputes between participants.

Enforcement & Bans

The promoter, EC3 team, and security reserve the right to remove or ban participants from Trade Night or future EC3CON events.

This includes behavior occurring between events or on social media platforms connected to the event.

Attempting to enter after a ban may result in denial of entry or detention by security.

Trade Night exists to build community. Respectful behavior ensures the experience stays fun, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
