Attendee Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending East Coast Collectibles Convention (EC3CON), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Admission & Tickets

A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets must be presented at check-in.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise determined by the promoter.

Event Changes

The promoter and EC3 team reserve the right to modify event details including schedule, programming, vendors, layout, and guest appearances at any time without notice.

Guest appearances and autograph times are subject to change.

Event changes do not qualify for refunds.

Media Consent

By attending EC3CON, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes.

Liability

The promoter, EC3 team, sponsors, and Mohegan Sun are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Attendees assume responsibility for their belongings.

Legal & Responsibility

Attendees must comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

By attending, attendees agree to hold harmless the promoter, EC3 team, sponsors, and Mohegan Sun from any claims, damages, losses, expenses, or actions arising from participation in the event.

Enforcement & Removal

The promoter, EC3 team, and security reserve the right to eject, deny entry, or ban any attendee at their discretion, including incidents occurring between events or via online conduct related to the event.

Removal from the event does not qualify for a refund.

Attempting to enter after being banned may result in detention by security.

Agreement

Attendance constitutes acceptance of all EC3CON policies and procedures.

Failure to follow show policies may result in removal without refund.
