ADMISSION TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket to East Coast Collectibles Convention (EC3CON), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Admission

A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets must be presented at check-in (digital or printed).

All Sales Final

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

Event Changes

Event details including guests, schedule, vendors, and programming are subject to change without notice. Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

Guest Appearances

Special guest appearances are not guaranteed and may change due to circumstances beyond event control. Guest cancellations do not qualify for refunds.

Entry & Re-Entry

Event staff reserve the right to manage entry lines and capacity for safety. Re-entry policies will be communicated at the event.

Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward vendors, guests, staff, and other attendees. EC3CON reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals without refund for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Photography & Media

By attending EC3CON, you consent to photography and video recording that may be used for promotional purposes.

Liability

EC3CON, venue partners, and staff are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Venue Policies

Attendees must follow Mohegan Sun venue rules and security policies.

Agreement

Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Ticket Misuse

Tickets may not be duplicated, resold, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.
