Show Policies — EC3CON

These policies help maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable event for everyone.

Code of Conduct

EC3CON does not tolerate:
• Theft
• Violence
• Harassment
• Threats
• Mistreatment of vendors, staff, guests, or attendees

This applies during events and online behavior connected to EC3CON.

Violations may result in removal or bans, including Trade Night.

Wristbands & Access

Attendees may not enter the Expo Center before the show begins.

During show hours, attendee wristbands must be visible at all times.

Security may stop individuals without visible credentials.

Only individuals with vendor badges are permitted behind vendor tables.

Security Screening

Mohegan Sun requires a security checkpoint before entering the Expo Center. All attendees must comply with security procedures.

Event Etiquette

Attendees are expected to:
• Respect vendor space and inventory
• Follow staff and security direction
• Maintain clear walkways
• Treat others respectfully

Group Responsibility

Ticket holders are responsible for members of their party, including children.

Reporting Issues

To report concerns, please notify EC3 staff or Mohegan Sun security. Reports will be handled discreetly.

Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming, family-friendly collecting experience for everyone.

Failure to follow show policies may result in removal without refund.
